We want every KUIRR experience to begin and end with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Photo evidence may be required to review the request.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, our team will investigate and work toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for damaged items, defective items, incorrect orders, or confirmed lost shipments.
Change of Mind
We currently do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases after delivery.
Used Products
Items that have been used, altered, or show signs of wear are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
